Submitting Visit Requests

To Send a Collateral Visit Request:

Via JPAS:
The ITSFAC Level 5 SMO Code is 1X6T75. The POC and telephone requested in JPAS should be the actual person you are meeting with.

To Send SCI Visit Request:

Via JPAS:
The ITSFAC Level 3 SMO Code is 1X6T73. Please list the POC and telephone number of the actual person you are meeting with, as requested in JPAS.

NOTE: Separate collateral and SCI visit certifications are not required.

If your facility does not have JPAS access, please contact the FSO for faxing instructions.
